Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
GRYNOX is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, GRYNOX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact GRYNOX Support within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged product.
Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
