Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original accessories and original packaging.
• Be free from signs of use, damage, wear, modification, or misuse.

Products that have been used, damaged, modified, or returned without all original components or packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to the return shipment.

Original shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. GRYNOX is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection & Refunds

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

If the returned product meets the conditions described above, a refund for the purchase price of the product only will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.

GRYNOX reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the returned product does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact GRYNOX Support within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate and assist you.

Return Authorization

Please contact GRYNOX Support before returning any product.

Do not send returns without prior authorization. The appropriate return address and return instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.
